Description of the SERVA TPH400 pump (HT400 triple plunger pump)

SERVA TPH400 - horizontal reciprocating-single-way triple plunger pump with rated input power of 600 horsepower. Designed for intermittent well operations, widely used in well acidizing, cementing, hydraulic fracturing, sand control and other oilfield operations.

The TPH400 pump mainly consists of a power unit, a hydraulic unit and an intermediate unit. The power unit gearbox is made according to a worm gear design with a high gear ratio and stable power transmission. The input shaft of the power part and the plungers of the hydraulic part are located on the same axis, which simplifies installation of the unit and connection of the drive. The hydraulic part assembly has a collapsible manifold: each plunger is equipped with a separate section of the manifold.

Optional components are provided (plungers, packing units, valve units) to adjust to different requirements for operating pressure and flow, type of pumped liquid and operating conditions. The total weight of the pump varies slightly depending on the diameter of the plungers and additional accessories, the maximum deviation from the nominal design weight is ±5%.

The power gearbox reduces the rotation speed to increase torque and converts the rotational motion into reciprocating motion of the plungers, transferring power from the engine gearbox to the hydraulic part. At the customer's request, it is possible to customize the power unit with a choice of the following options:

Intermediate block
Most TPH400 pumps are equipped with a steel intermediate block. This element prevents leaks of process fluids from the hydraulic part (cement mortar, acid composition, fracturing fluid) from entering the power part housing and damaging internal parts.

Hydraulic part assembly
The hydraulic part converts the reciprocating mechanical energy from the power part into pressure and kinetic energy for pumping cement slurry, fracturing fluid and other media.
The TPH400 hydraulics are available in three standard plunger diameters: 3 3/8 inch, 4 inch and 4 1/2 inch. Upon customer request, non-standard outlet flanges, suction manifolds, plungers and other spare parts are supplied.

Warranty terms (translation of warranty text from English)

Under normal operation and compliance with operating rules, the warranty period for YOUKS plunger pumps is 12 months from the date of shipment from the B side warehouse (wear parts of the hydraulic part are not included in the warranty). If during the warranty period defects in the quality of non-standard wearing parts are revealed, Party A has the right to demand from Party B a free replacement with new components and repair work. During the warranty period, Party B is obliged to respond to customer requests and questions received from the site by telephone or fax within 4 hours and offer options for resolving problems. If any breakdowns or quality defects occur, Party B will send service technicians to the site to repair the problem within 48 hours of receiving notification.
