1. Main design features of the pump The pump consists of two units: a power section unit and a hydraulic section unit.

2. The crankshaft adopts a double-key eccentric design. On both sides of the crankshaft, two pairs of involute helical gears are installed to transmit power, compensating for axial force. Large and small gears are located inside the pump housing, which allows for maximum efficient use of internal space, reducing the width of the pump and simplifying the overall layout of the equipment.

3.The pump features light weight, compact size and high working pressure, suitable for small-sized bursting vehicles and stationary skid units.

4. The hydraulic and power parts are connected by eight alloy steel rods. When dismantling the hydraulic part, the rods remain attached to the power part. The plunger is connected to the cross with a threaded connection, which ensures easy disassembly and maintenance of the hydraulic part.

5. The hydraulic assembly can accommodate seven different sizes of plungers (2.75", 3", 3.5", 3.75", 4", 4.5", 5"), allowing different pressures and flow rates to be selected by the customer. Gear ratio: 4.6:1

Components and requirements

Pumping unit with a power of 1000 hp. It is mainly composed of power section assembly, hydraulic section assembly, gearbox assembly, power section lubrication pipeline, gearbox lubrication pipeline and other components.

Note: When operating the pump intermittently at maximum pressure, the continuous operating time should not exceed 1 hour. Power unit

The gearbox assembly is mainly composed of gearbox housing, large gear, input shaft, bearings and other parts.

• After assembly, make sure that the gears rotate freely by hand.
• Liquid silicone sealant is applied between the bearing cap, plate and housing.
• When installing large and small gears, as well as bearings, a press or shrink fit is used; heating temperature should not exceed 121 degree.
   

Power section lubrication pipeline

• All connections are treated with sealant.
• All oil lines are securely fastened, preventing contact with the crankshaft and connecting rod during operation of the equipment.

After signing and entry into force of this agreement

is the basis for the supplier when purchasing raw materials and manufacturing products. The agreement acts as an annex to the contract and has equal legal force and comes into force after signing by authorized representatives of both parties.

The agreement is drawn up in two copies, one copy for each of the parties.
Under normal operation and compliance with the rules of proper operation, the warranty period for the plunger pump is 12 months from the date of shipment of the product from the B-side warehouse (with the exception of wear parts of the hydraulic part). If during the warranty period defects in the quality of non-standard wearing parts are revealed, Party A has the right to demand that Party B replace the defective parts with new ones free of charge and carry out repair work. During the warranty period, Party B is obliged to respond and propose measures to eliminate problems in response to user requests and questions received by phone or fax from the operating site within 4 hours from the moment of contact. If breakdowns or quality defects occur, Party B will send specialists to the site to eliminate the faults within 48 hours after receiving notification.
