1. This plunger pump is designed to operate automatic acidizing and hydraulic fracturing units in oil fields. It maintains the required increased load capacity of connecting rods even in severe operating conditions, including shale fracturing operations. The equipment meets the strict requirements of field work and can operate stably at ambient temperatures from -20 degrees to +50 degrees and relative humidity not exceeding 90% at temperatures of +20 degrees.
2. When used in automatic oil well fracturing installations, the pump is designed for long-term continuous operation: six working days a week, 10 hours a day, with a total annual operating life of 3000 hours, and also allows continuous operation for 3 hours at maximum power.
3. When installing a 3.75" diameter plunger, the pump provides a maximum operating pressure of up to 20,372 Psi; When using a plunger with a diameter of 7.5 inches, a maximum liquid flow of 5733 l/min is achieved. Since the power section assembly maintains the specified performance characteristics, side A has the ability to use plungers of different diameters depending on specific operating conditions.
4. The plunger pump supplied by Party B is equipped with a full set of systems and accessories necessary for normal operation.
5. Side B provides a list of standard wear parts required for proper operation of the plunger pump.

Technical requirements (containing one set of plunger pump)

1. Hydraulic part assembly of model TWS2250

• Three-cylinder unit of the hydraulic part of the TWS2250 plunger pump. Cylinders are hardened and supplied with 4" RSL high performance packings, valve assemblies and valve seats.
• One pressure cap of the measuring fitting of the outlet pipe 2"-1502 is located in the center of the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder.
• One flange of the outlet pipe 3"-1502 is installed on the right, one blind flange is installed on the left (view from the power part to the hydraulic part).
• One set of 6" diameter equal flow clamp connection suction manifold with 3"-207 cleanout hatch.

Commissioning and acceptance

1. The plunger pump must be completely new, no refurbishment or reconstruction of used equipment.
2. After the goods have been received by Party A, acceptance is carried out jointly by representatives of Party A and Party B. The components are counted according to the packing list, after which both parties sign to confirm acceptance.

Quality guarantee Triple plunger pump 2250S

1. WEIR SPM warrants its products to be free from defects in raw materials and workmanship at the time of installation and undertakes to repair the product during its intended service life in accordance with the procedures and instructions in the user manual.
2. Under normal operation and compliance with operating rules, the warranty period for the plunger pump is 12 months from the date of shipment from the B-side warehouse (wear parts of the hydraulic part are not covered by the warranty). If quality defects in non-standard wearing parts are identified during the warranty period, Party A has the right to demand from Party B a free replacement with new components and all repair work.
3. During the warranty period, Party B is obliged to answer questions and satisfy user requests received from the site by telephone or fax within 4 hours of the request and offer measures to eliminate problems. If any breakdowns or quality defects occur, Party B will send qualified personnel to the site to repair the faults within 48 hours after receiving official notification.
